We ship worldwide from Australia. By placing an order with Salted, you agree to the following shipping and delivery terms.

Processing Times Most orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods, sale events, or restocks, processing may take a little longer. If your order contains multiple items, it may also ship separately from different locations. Please note that shipping costs may vary and will be confirmed at checkout. Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Salted is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or unpaid duties and taxes. Incorrect Shipping Address It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes. Salted cannot offer reimbursement for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Delayed or Missing Parcels If your parcel is taking longer than expected, please check your tracking link first. We also recommend checking with your local post office, delivery provider, or neighbours in case the parcel was left nearby. If your shipping address is correct and you still cannot locate your parcel, please contact us with your order number and we’ll do our best to assist. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Salted \ is not responsible for parcels delayed in transit due to courier delays, customs, weather, peak periods, or other circumstances outside our control. We are also not responsible for stolen parcels once marked as delivered by the courier.
