We want you to feel confident shopping with Salted. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

- Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Sale items, promotional items, gift cards, and Final Sale items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
- Refunds are only offered for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In its original condition
- With all tags and hygiene liners attached
- Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or other marks
Proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
To submit a return request, please visit our Returns Portal or contact us at returns@saltedau.com.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges subject to stock availability. If your requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.
Store Credit
Approved returns may be issued as store credit. Store credit will be sent to the email address associated with your order and can be used toward future purchases.
Refunds
Refunds are only offered for items that arrive faulty, damaged, or if an incorrect item was received.

Final Sale Items
Sale items, promotional items, gift cards, and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless faulty.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
