Shipping & Returns

Orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Friday, and are generally shipped from Australia the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the following business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. All shipments are sent via Australia Post or DHL, depending on your location. Please note that tracking availability may vary by destination country.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Customs policies vary widely, so we recommend checking with your local customs office or postal service to understand any potential charges before placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot predict or control these fees, nor can we reimburse them.

Returns

If for any reason you wish to return an item, we’re here to help. We offer store credit for change of mind, size exchanges, or style changes. Refunds are only provided if an item arrives faulty or damaged.

How to Return

To start a return, please use our easy-to-navigate Returns Portal.

To begin your return, please:

  1. Check your order confirmation email (or shipping confirmation email).

  2. Click the View your order” link inside the email.

  3. On that page, you’ll find the option to Request a Return.

  4. Follow the prompts to submit your return request.

If you can’t find your email or need any help, just reply to this message with your order number — we’re here to help!

Please remember, you’ll need to purchase and include the return shipping label with your package.

Return Guidelines:

  • Timeframe: Requests must be made within 30 days of your order date.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with original tags and hygiene liners attached, and free of any odors (including perfumes). Returns that do not meet these conditions will be sent back at your expense.

  • Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. After lodging a return via our portal, you will receive instructions and a printable return shipping label. You may drop off your parcel at a post office, post box, or hand it to your mail carrier.

  • Processing Time: Store credit will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your return.

  • Lost or Damaged Returns: Salted is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout to cover these risks. If declined, the customer assumes responsibility for any loss or damage during return shipping.

Sale Purchases

  • Sale items unfortunately cannot be returned. All Sale items are final
