    Print your label and drop it at any post office or mail box

  • Once your return arrives:

    • Exchanges: processed within 2–4 business days
    • Store credit: issued within 1–3 business days
    • Refunds (faulty items only): processed within 3–5 business days

  • SALE PURCHASE

    Any item purchased during a sale, promotion, discount event, or clearance period is considered final sale and is not eligible for returns, exchanges, store credit, or refunds unless faulty.

Return Guidelines

  • 14-Day Window: Return requests must be lodged within 14 days of your order date.
  • Pristine Condition: Items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags, hygiene liners, and no scents/odors.
  • Final Sale: All sale, promotional, discounted, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  • Return Shipping: Customers cover shipping costs; labels are provided via our portal for easy drop-off.
  • Store Credit: Refunds are only for faulty items; all other returns are processed as store credit within 3 business days.
  • Risk & Protection: We are not liable for lost/damaged returns unless optional Shipping Protection was purchased at checkout.

Australia & New Zealand

  • Dispatch: Ships from our Newcastle studio.
  • Delivery: 2–5 business days via fully trackable service.
  • Sustainability: Arrives in 100% eco-friendly, plastic-free mailers.

United States (DDP Service)

  • No Surprise Fees: All duties, taxes, and import costs are pre-paid by Salted. The price at checkout is your final price.
  • Delivery: 7–10 business days via DHL Express or Australia Post.
  • Returns: 14-day return window via our online portal (return shipping costs apply).

Canada & International

  • Delivery: 10–15 business days via Australia Post International.
  • Import Fees: Please note that VAT, duties, or local handling fees may be collected at the border per your country's regulations.

EU / EEA Customers – Right of Withdrawal

For customers located in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, please submit your request through our Returns Portal within 14 days of delivery.

Once your request has been submitted, you'll have an additional 14 days to return your item(s).

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact.

This right applies only where required under EU consumer protection laws and does not affect the return rights available to customers outside the EU/EEA.
