By processing your order and payment you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase.
We ship worldwide, so your Salted pieces can make their way to you wherever your next ocean adventure takes you. By placing an order with Salted, you agree to the following shipping and delivery terms.

Processing Times
Most orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods, sale events, product launches, or restocks, processing may take a little longer.
If your order contains multiple items, it may also ship separately from different locations.
Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Salted is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or unpaid duties and taxes.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
Salted cannot offer reimbursement for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delayed or Missing Parcels
If your parcel is taking longer than expected, please check your tracking link first. We also recommend checking with your local post office, delivery provider, or neighbours in case the parcel was left nearby.
If your shipping address is correct and you still cannot locate your parcel, please contact us with your order number and we’ll do our best to assist.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Salted is not responsible for parcels delayed in transit due to courier delays, customs, weather, peak periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
We are also not responsible for stolen parcels once marked as delivered by the courier.

CUSTOMS TAXES
Please note that all customs charges and taxes (including VAT) are payable by the receiver. Salted Surf Co. is not responsible for any charges incurred for receiving orders Internationally. These fees are not included in the cost of your order or shipping charge. Salted Surf Co. does not offer refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather. We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Salted Surf Co. cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
