Shipping & Returns
Prices and Shipment
- Orders are processed only within business hours, Monday-Friday, and shipped from Australia generally the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the following business day.
- After your purchase, you'll receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number once your shipment is sent.
- All orders are shipped with tracking via AUST POST/DHL. Please note that tracking may not be available in some countries.
Returns
Salted offers exchanges (for different size, style, or colour) or store credit for unworn, unwashed, and full-price items within 14 days of your order's delivery date.
International returns are at the cost of the purchaser. Salted will not cover international returns costs.
Return Requirements:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- Item must be in original packaging with all original labels attached.
- It helps if you write a note of what you want to swap with or at least your order number to avoid confusion.
To initiate a return:
- Please contact us by email at saltedau@gmail.com.
- You will be responsible for the cost of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchange to arrive may vary.
- If the value of your return exceeds $75 AUD, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of a returned item without tracking.
- We are not responsible for any lost or damaged goods during return transit.
Faulty Items:
- If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately at saltedau@gmail.com to notify us of the damage.
- Swimwear damaged as a result of wear and tear is not considered faulty and will not be exchanged or refunded.
Final Sale:
- All sale items are final sale. This includes items purchased with promotional discount codes. No exchanges or store credits will be offered for sale items.
