What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

How do I know which size to choose?

We design for a "second skin" feel. Please refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort.

What if it doesn't fit?

Shipping, Returns & Exchange

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! We offer Free Shipping on orders over $200 (AUD/USD).

Will I have to pay customs duties?

USA: No. We ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, so all fees are covered.

International: Depending on your country, you may be charged VAT or duties at the border. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Sustainability

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for Store Credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with hygiene liners attached.

Are returns free?

While we provide the return labels via our portal, the cost of return shipping is deducted from your store credit unless the item is faulty.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
