We want you to feel amazing in your Salted pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in original condition with all tags and hygiene stickers attached.
Returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Refunds are only available for faulty or damaged items approved by our team.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited unless faulty.
Create a Returns Request
Email us with your order number, item name, and reason for return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To start your return, please head to our Returns Portal:
Print your label
Once your return request has been approved, you’ll receive your return label via email. Please check your spam or junk folder if you can’t find it.
Print your return label and attach it securely to your parcel before shipping.
Bag it up
Place your item safely in its original packaging with tags and hygiene sticker attached.
Drop it off
Send your return back using the return label provided by our team.
If you did not receive a return label, you may return your parcel using your preferred courier service. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Salted is not responsible for parcels lost in transit.
