Please note that all customs charges and taxes (including VAT) are payable by the receiver. Salted Surf Co. is not responsible for any charges incurred for receiving orders Internationally. These fees are not included in the cost of your order or shipping charge. Salted Surf Co. does not offer refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.

  • Our clothing is made to order- how does this work?

    Our clothing products are made to order here on Australian soil- helping us to keep our carbon footprint low and our waste minimal. This means that on top of shipping time, there is often a small production & processing time. Once an order is placed, your items will go into production, at which point there will not be any information available for tracking the order and you will not be able to modify your order. This process usually takes 2-5 days. Once your order is ready for shipping though, we will be sending you an email to let you know that your items are on their way.



  • My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

    Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

    1. Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
    2. Ask your local post office if they have your package
    3. Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them

    If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at returns@saltedau.com with your order number.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather.  We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order.  If the wrong delivery address is provided, Salted Surf Co. cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
