Return guidelines

Before you send it back

  • 14-day window: Return requests must be lodged within 14 days of your order date.
  • Pristine condition: Items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags, hygiene liners, and no scents or odours.
  • Final sale: Sale, promotional, discounted, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless faulty.
  • Return shipping: Customers cover return shipping costs; labels are provided via our portal for easy drop-off.
  • Store credit: Refunds are only for faulty items; all other eligible returns are processed as exchange or store credit.

Australia & New Zealand

  • Dispatch: Ships from our Newcastle studio.
  • Delivery: 2–5 business days via fully trackable service.
  • Sustainability: Arrives in 100% eco-friendly, plastic-free mailers.

United States

  • No surprise fees: All duties, taxes, and import costs are pre-paid by Salted.
  • Delivery: 7–10 business days via DHL Express or Australia Post.
  • Returns: 14-day return window via our online portal.

Canada & International

  • Delivery: 10–15 business days via Australia Post International.
  • Import fees: VAT, duties, or local handling fees may be collected at the border.

EU / EEA customers

Right of withdrawal

For customers located in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, please submit your request through our Returns Portal within 14 days of delivery. Once submitted, you’ll have an additional 14 days to return your item(s).

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact.

This right applies only where required under EU consumer protection laws and does not affect return rights available to customers outside the EU/EEA.
