Prices and Shipment

  • Orders are processed only within business hours, Monday-Friday, and shipped from Australia generally the next business day. 
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the following business day.
  • After your purchase, you'll receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number once your shipment is sent.
  • All orders are shipped with tracking via AUST POST/DHL. Please note that tracking may not be available in some countries.

Returns

If for any reason you need to make a return, we're here to help. We offer store credit for change of mind, size changes, and style changes. Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged.

To lodge a return for exchange or store credit, please use our easy: Returns Portal

Here's what you need to know:

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from your order date to request a return.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags and hygiene liner attached, and free of any odors (including perfumes). Returns that don't meet these conditions will be sent back to you at your expense.
  • Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Return Shipping: You're responsible for return shipping costs. Once you lodge your return in the portal, you'll receive an email with instructions and a return shipping label to print. You can then drop your parcel at a post office, post box, or give it to your mail carrier.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 3 business days from when your return arrives at our warehouse for your store credit to be processed.
  • Lost or Damaged Returns: Salted is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We offer Shipping Protection at checkout for $1.80 to cover these issues. If you choose not to purchase Shipping Protection, you assume responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft during the return process.
  • Sale Purchases: If you purchased an item during a sale and wish to return it for store credit, the credit will be for the amount you paid at the time of purchase. Any replacement items will need to be repurchased at their current listed price.
  • Welcome Discount: If you used our welcome discount code on your first order and need to return the item for store credit, we'll honor the $10 discount. Contact our customer service team at returns@saltedau.com, and we'll provide you with a new welcome code to use with your store credit.
