All Black Friday and promotional sale items are final sale.
No returns, exchanges, or store credits will be accepted on discounted or promotional items — including purchases with free gifts, bundles, or sale codes.

Please review size guides carefully before purchasing.
If an item arrives faulty, please contact returns@saltedau.com within 7 days of delivery for assessment under our standard faulty item policy.


2. Discounts & Promotions

  • All discounts are automatically applied at checkout — no code required.

  • Prices shown reflect the final sale price.

  • Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer, code, or promotion.

  • Promotions are valid only during the live sale period and cannot be applied to previous or future orders.

If a return is accepted for a non-sale item that qualified for a free gift, the gift must also be returned unused and in its original condition.


4. Shipping & Delivery

Due to high order volumes during our Black Friday event:

  • Please allow additional processing time for your order to be fulfilled.

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

  • Free shipping promotions may be offered during the sale at Salted’s discretion.

  • Orders are shipped by various carriers depending on your region, including Portless and Australia Post.

  • Shipping times may vary from what is advertised due to increased courier demand and heavy traffic during sale periods.


5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations — including address edits, size swaps, or product changes.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.


6. International Orders

All U.S. orders are inclusive of all duties and taxes at checkout — there are no additional import fees upon delivery.
Customers in other international regions (including the UK, NZ, and EU) are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
Salted is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or carrier handling.
